This form seeks consent to use the Youth Camps and Exchange (YCE) Chairperson's personal data on the YCE International Directory. I have reviewed and agree to follow all LCI Youth Camps and Exchange Program policies and guidelines. I understand and consent to the sharing of the information provided, which will be publicly displayed for the purposes of administering the Youth Camps and Exchange Program. Furthermore, I understand that this information will be shared among potential program participants such as exchange youth and their families, host families, sponsor clubs, host clubs and fellow YCE Chairpersons for the successful implementation of the program. By giving my consent to share this information, I understand that LCI is not in control nor liable for how the public uses my information.
